Return conditions

At Ninatymode, customer satisfaction is our priority. If an item isn't right for you, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

1. Conditions of eligibility for return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• Items on sale or on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of proven defects. Accessories, underwear, and personalized products are non-refundable.

2. Return procedure:

1. Send a request to our customer service at contact@ninatymode.com specifying:

1. • Your name
   • The order number
   • The article(s) concerned.
   • The reason for return
     
2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive instructions by email.
3. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective or non-compliant product).

3. Reimbursement:

Refund will be issued via the original payment method, within 7 to 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

In the event of non-compliance with the above conditions, Ninatymode reserves the right to refuse the return or to issue a credit note instead of a refund.

4. Exchange:

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we invite you to reorder after the return has been refunded.
