Refund Policy

At Ninatymode, we are committed to providing you with quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Certain items, such as promotional products, lingerie and accessories, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and commercial policy reasons.

Return procedure
1. Contact our customer service at ninatymode@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Once your request is validated, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
3. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective item, incorrect reference sent).
4. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

Refunds

• If your return is approved, the refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
• Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If you have not received your refund after 10 days, first check your bank account and then contact your financial institution before writing to us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, we recommend placing a new order after returning the original item.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the affected product. We promise to offer you a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
